How do I make my hair more 'scene', or 'emo' as some of you would put it?

I'm only 13..

I'm not aloud to cut my hair

Or dye my hair.

My hair goes a little past my shoulders, and is thick.

I can do anything with a brush though ;D

I guess I could get it cut.

But I would need a picture of what it would look like, to show the person who cuts my hair.

Right now, I have side bangs.

just roll out of bed and do absolutely nothing with it....you should look pretty emo then....but just make sure half of you face is covered so that you can only see out of one eye....and if you get it cut just ask for a backwards mullet

Straighten your hair if its not already straight.

Have your top layer trimmed so its short, about 3-4 inches. Have a second layer a few inches blow, and then a long bottom layer. Keep the sidebangs, and blend the side bands into some face frames.
